In Sweden you have the right of complaint for 3 years, and you need to contact us within 2 months from the time you discovered the error. From the Consumer Agency: "For the product to be seen as incorrect, the error must be original. An original error is an error that already existed when you bought or received the item. The error does not have to show up directly. It may be an original error even if the error appears after a certain period of time. The item is not counted as incorrect if you yourself caused the error, for example by using it in the wrong way."
In the case of approved complaints, the right is sent out. If the item has expired from the range, you can either get the request for an alternative product, or we will refund the sum for the return or the entire order amount and account for the return port. We sell products with great demands on hygiene and sterility. Therefore, in case of obviously incorrect shipment, we ask you to be vigilant with the product and accessories. When you have opened packaging, review the product gently, it would be presumed to be damage so you should document these before use or possibly return.
It is unusual for damage and errors.
