Docklandet Trustpilot

We have previously been members of Trustpilot. We had our account for about a year and had around 250 reviews written (2021-2022). All of a sudden our account was suspended. We later learned that Trustpilot has a policy that does not allow the sale of dolls under 148cm. As we have a lot of dolls during that time, we could no longer have an account on Trustpilot. 

Unfortunately, this "policy" is not written anywhere in their agreement, but on the other hand, there are paragraphs that describe that Trustpilot can terminate a collaboration at any time without reason. Fortunately, we got back some of the money we invested in our account.

We don't want to use Trustpilot anymore, but unfortunately new accounts have been created by customers of ours from other countries. So at the moment there is a Trustpilot Docklandet account for Denmark. We have tried to contact Trustpilot to remove the account, but were unsuccessful. 

We are not interested in paying for and spending time on Trustpilot again. If you are looking for reviews of our store, we have a lot collected on various dolls in the store. There are few customers who choose to post reviews, but we receive many reviews via email, phone and during visits, and we enter those reviews ourselves manually as often as we can. Also on dollforum.com and on Flashback forum there are some reviews about our shop and our dolls.
